My license key doesn't work, the register button won't light up
Make sure your information is exactly the same as how it appears in your order. Did you use the same first and last name? Is the e-mail address the same?

I need a new license key. My computer crashed or I have a new computer.
The license keys expires after a period of time. To get a new one simply log into to "My BeerTools" go to the downloads tab and select the red text that reads "Request New License Key". A new key will be e-mailed to the e-mail address attached to your account.
NOTE: License keys are platform specific. If you move from a PC to a Mac your key will not work. You will need to apply for a key transfer by contacting us.
